It's so embarrassing to be rich and not happy. If I had $200 billion I wouldn't be trying to impress Joe Rogan with my tough boy talk, I'd be jousting on jet skis, I'd be paying church choirs to sing dirty words, I'd buy one of the really big Lego sets. Being an angry rich guy is so cringe.

New DMing ethos: Never stop dropping plot hooks. My party has major quests all over the Feywild at this point, but as long as they keep stopping to talk to people, those people will have something they suggest they do. Let my party really figure out what they do. #DND #DM

Booted up Minecraft again for the first time in years. Sometimes it is nice to just be dropped into a world a make a little house. It won't shake the foundations of the Earth, but it is something you do for yourself, and are happy when it is done.

Ever fear that a game might be TOO perfect for you, that you put off ever playing it, because if you start it, it will eventually end? Outer Wilds has been number one on my short list for over a year now. I have the DLC. I have never booted it up once.

Not sure I am up to wishing others a happy new year. This next year is going to be hard. Everyone knows it, because we all lived it already. Its probably going to be even worse, and that is what we have to figure out. The calendar page turns, and the hatches get battened, I suppose.

Ahh, fresh #Lancer session wrapped up, still getting the party used to the idea that the GM is allowed to go all out and not hold things back because failing a mission isn't TPK like most other RPGs.

I don't feel like it is controversial to say that the Muppets Christmas Carol is the canonical version of the story, and all others are simply fan fiction trying to write out the comedy.
