The trouble is, no matter how hard you try to be objective and unbiased, the unavoidable conclusion is that Trump is nightmarishly unqualified for office. So, what would be "centrist" in a sane world is now considered to be on the left. But, here we are.

I'm just thinking about how, when I was a kid, I just assumed that the Berlin Wall would be there forever, and we'd always be living in fear of nuclear war from the Soviet Union. Then, one day, they were gone.

I know it's a long way off, but I'm wondering how we'll ever "demagafy" the US after we finally overthrow them. Germany had to make Nazi symbols illegal, but we have protection of free speech in our Constitution.

My theory is that J.D. Vance backed off from calling Trump "America's Hitler" because he saw an opportunity to eventually claim that title for himself.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and make a prediction. If there's another unaliveination attempt on DJT, it's gonna be from one of those Jan. 6 guys who were pardoned. They're dumb, they're violent, they're unstable, and our economy is about to tank and fuck everyone.
