UnitedHealth CEO Andrew Witty just sent a memo to staff (leaked to me) hailing late CEO as “one of the good guys” who had “a profoundly positive impact on the lives of so many people.” Witty adds: “He was certainly one of the smartest guys. I think he was one of the best guys.”

Seconding this! I’m a board member and the work Street Sense does is so amazing. Not only does the paper do a great job of covering homelessness in DC, but the vendors we serve get access to resources like housing through us too!
