I listen when I’m writing fiction. If there’s an emotion I’m wanting to pull out for a scene, I’ll listen to a song that creates that emotion in me.
It makes it easier for the words to come out tonally the way I’d like them, too.

My 1RM for bench is 240, and today I did 7 ascending sets of 3 reps up to 230lbs.
So that 1RM is definitely higher now.
Feels pretty good.
