There are lots of treasures in the Journal of the Brewery History Society!

What is it with those freaks obsessing over cheap and effective OTC medication?

I just posted that link in a call because it was relevant to a discussion we had about bread eating habits, just before everyone arrived to the daily standup. It's so incredibly useful as a reference to show people who hyperlocal different types of bread rolls in the UK can be.

It was lovely to finally meet you! I hope we didn’t keep you for too long for your conference tomorrow. 😅

Also, Bierothek is generally good, though I only know their shop in Bamberg, not the one in Munich.

You mean the beer and Oktoberfest museum? It's good. I was there in January 2020, and really enjoyed it. Lots of historic artifacts.

Also, if there were one museum heist I'd do in my life, it would be the sealed tube with the 200 year anniversary Oktoberfestmärzen recipe they keep in there.

Oof, I know how that feels. I once got a Pivovar Kout na Šumavě beer glass as a present, and broke it within hours. I just cried and felt so bad, we looked up buying old glasses of that brewery and ordered some for a premium price.

You never know. Maybe one of the teams is mostly toddlers and then a few 80 year old ones. We wouldn't know from the graph, because it just says average age. Once the old geezers retire, that could quickly drop.

I wish more shops at major travel hubs would do that and promote local produce, including beer. Berlin airport is failing hard at it (at least last time I checked, while the old SXF had some local craft beer), while e.g. the Yorma's shops in many train stations sell a range of truly local beer.

Or if you're in a rush, a swift one at the Stehausschank at the side entrance on the left side of the building.
