If you asked me, I'd take the quality hit from a JPEG recompression when posting than a resolution loss.
Although I will say I think it's a crime that Bsky seems to have a max res of 2000x2000 where Twi had like a 4096x4096.

Curious, I don't fully know why PostyBirb does what it does, but it doesn't seem like it's able to just push an image to the site (Bsky in this case) if it doesn't meet the sites own requirements.

Seeing Monster Hunter Wilds release in the state it has is just disappointing. I've listened to the Digital Foundry break down twice and it's so sad seeing some of the worst fears of gaming optimization hit a game like this is horrifying

I'd been playing The Sims 2 legacy collection for a bit now. I don't have any intentions to refund the game (though I PROBABLY should).
I am perplexed that EA somehow was able to make a game from 2004 have more issues in it than it ever had to begin with
