They just don't want anyone traveling to the US for any reason at all
It's not just social media. Looks like visitors to the US from Europe and other countries that are part of the visa waiver program will have to submit an enormous amount of data about themselves and their families, including DNA, if proposed new rules are accepted

All they really needed to do was to reward or compliment aggressiveness and critique concern about morality. They ordered the hit even if they did it without using the exact words. Everyone above the rank of E5 involved should have known better and should be prosecuted. (civilians included)

To put a finer point on this whole thing: "Two people with direct knowledge of the operation" — presumably uniformed military leaders — are accusing the U.S. Secretary of Defense of personally ordering specific war crimes. That's a historic accusation.
