I would also accept a rule that said "if a POTUS filed a lawsuit(s), then (s)he could be sued by others.
If the president cannot be sued while in office, then the president should not be able to file suit while in office. Fair is fair.

I would suggest that this is admirably aspirational. It is who we have been for way too long in way too many places. That is why we need leaders who share in that aspiration.
