My doctoral thesis in economics, On the Formation of Wages and Wealth, is now available online!

The main contribution is Ch1, a theoretical study of wage setting under a combination of sector-wide and firm-level bargaining—so called “two-tier bargaining”.

I am so happy to be joining the fantastic environment at Uppsala University this fall as a post-doc! I can hardly imagine a better fit research-wise and very much look forward to working with and alongside all the kind and excellent researchers there.

Uppsala as a post-doc in the fall! Agneta is macroeconomist coming out of IIES with a focus on labor markets and wage setting. In her JMP, she develops a theory of two-tier collective wage bargaining.
