Just watched a tutorial on how to buy thrifted sweaters and break them down back into yarn for projects. I don’t knit. I don’t need yarn. And yet now my brain is obsessed with trying this. 😄

Soup is good! The onions give the lentils and tomato broth some meatiness and sweetness. Finished with more caramelized onions, parmesan and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. 😍🍽️🍜😍
