In transit Brussels-London with the Eurostar this morning. Security staff at Brussels South Station (Gare du Midi) told me that their scanners are film safe but still hand inspected my rolls of Fujicolor 200&400. A good start to the journey 😊

I typically share very little of my work online, though I do post a few #filmphotography pictures here on bsky. For the last 3 years, I have been part of a workshop where we organise an exhibition in June each year, so that's where I share my work.

For a (potential) project at a photo workshop, I took the Hasselblad 205FCC to Northern France last week, to take some shots at military cemeteries from World War I.
I have to say that I still really like the look of the Kodak Ektar 100.

Bluesky Dev Team, please fix the issue with commenting when using the web version on an iPad. It takes 3 presses before you can comment. One press should do it. FYI, I use the web version on my iPad because the iPhone version is awful on an iPad. That is so 2010.

This is a high contrast shot, with the sky bright and the foreground, mostly telephone poles and wires, almost completely silhouetted and blacked out. The photo is also taken on a long lens, which compresses distance. This makes the line of telephone poles look very close together, with the wires between them appear as a tangled mess.
