I can vouch for the Instant Pot multi function thing. Slow cooker, pressure cooker, just about everything. Also has a timer and beeps when it's done.

It's not so easy to conceptualise all this because I would seriously just take a big plate of brassicas (steamed for those that need it, raw for the rest) and chow down because I'm a sicko like that.

Kale - mixed colours chopped as a bed for the romanesco?
Brussels - roasted, ofc
Kalettes - gently steamed, garnish?
