We're three weeks shy of the 5th anniversary of my hydrogen ladder being published. Back then, there wasn't a lot of clarity where H2 might fit and the ladder was designed to direct efforts to feedstocks, ammonia, etc.
There is no excuse for this waste today.

German taxpayers are handing BMW €273m to once again attempt to push hydrogen-powered cars, when battery prices have once again dropped >50% in the past ~18 month and CATL is on its 5th-gen LFP battery.
CATL, BYD et al must be laughing all the way to the bank.

A small nuance about the benefits of being an e-bikes dad. It's not about being faster (although that is nice), it's the reliability. My commute time never varies by more than +/- 2 minutes. My kids are never stuck waiting because of traffic and I can plan my day far more accurately.

A fun day. The first time I've seen the Electrification Alliance up close working together to deliver the policy suggestions we need to accelerate electrification. Heat pumps, Wind, Solar, Flex, EVs, E-Mobility, Utilities, Electricians - all speaking with one voice. Pretty damn cool. Great people.

In Ravières we're suffering from short power outages, each lasting 10-30 seconds. Neighbours are suffering the same. It's been going on for months - one a week or so
