Ensuring everyone is treated fairly and equitably is just common decency. Companies that politicise this by removing or undermining rights for its employees will become bad places to work and will probably struggle to remain competitive in the long run.

Meta aligns itself with what Zuckerberg describes as a new Trump agenda: "We're going to work with President Trump to push back on governments around the world that are going after American companies and pushing to censor more."
