There are two articles in NEJM this year that say naltrexone is 'contraindicated for cirrhosis'. This saddens me.

I ride the subway twice a day, every day. The only recent notable experience was an older woman offering me her seat because I was returning home from a call in scrubs and she said I looked tired (a real “thank you/how dare you” moment) (I declined) (I was tired though)
