this *is* truly wild because i can tell you that, in america, four sequential interviews featuring four different (sets of) interviewers will never, not ever, not feature some flavor of bigot who “just doesn’t really think…that person…will click. it’s a bad cultural fit.”
We’re also seeing a job market which has adopted the tech model of 3-4 interviews and a “work exercise” before hiring and it’s …bad we’re trying to force anyone who wants to work a white collar job do a bad cosplay of “Swordfish”
