Imagine the hubris that goes into saying that you are going to reset global trade and just pull the plug on the entire economy. These fools are making shit up and have no idea what they are doing or even why. But don't worry. They went long ages ago.
Trump’s cabinet can’t get their tariff story straight—They don’t agree with each other on what Trump’s plan is, but somehow we’re all stuck with the fallout.

It’s clear they didn’t see this coming.

Last point: @jonathanweisman.bsky.social reports that Obama beat Romney in part by defining him early as plutocrat. But he doesn't ask the next Q: Why didn't Ds bloody up Trump early in 2024? As I reported, many Ds thought Future Forward Super PAC failed badly here:

In @jonathanweisman.bsky.social's magnum opus about Dems and the working class, it's at the end that you get the full truth about 2024: Biden-Harris ran the most pro-worker administration in decades, but voters blamed them for inflation anyway.

Elon Musk’s drug of choice is ketamine. While Musk claims it is prescribed by a physician, ketamine is widely known for its illicit use as a recreational drug.

Ketamine and opioids do share the same brain pathways. Ketamine and the opioid system interact.

I had the huge privilege of interviewing Jimmy Carter back in 2011 at his incredibly modest home in Plains, Georgia, with his wife, Rosalynn (who he bickered with in the most loving & curious way throughout the interview). An extraordinary man & legacy. RIP.

Who will they cut? The number federal employees has not changed since 1950’s (according to BLS data). Most people working in the “Government” are private contractors who cost more than federal employees with overhead etc. But congressional republicans always preferred private over government.

I couldn’t love @audiecornish.bsky.social more and I already adore her. Deserved and she is 100 percent right, pushing back on Scott, who once off camera compared the show to professional wrestling. Was he joking? He had his patented smirk, so I have no idea, but all I thought at the time was: Ugh.
"He needs a clip for the internet."

It's obvious to the journalists at CNN that Scott Jennings does not engage in a lot of discussion in good faith.

So why has leadership made him a core part of the network's programming?

This is a highly questionable omission by @nytimes.com.

It doesn't include the fact that the same exit polls find 56% favor path to legalization.
