Dear Canada-
Please accept our deepest apologies from all decent Americans embarrassed by the obnoxious trolling from our man-baby-in-chief who is lacking in both intelligence & any impulse-control whatsoever.

Young Londoners deserve opportunities across the EU.

A youth mobility scheme would strengthen ties with our neighbours, boost our economy and open doors for the next generation at a time of global uncertainty.

Somehow weirdly cheering out of all proportion - it’s been so long since UK govts have given an inch to pro-Europeans. Plus feels like finally giving something back to Covid generation who didn’t get to travel/have gap years www.theguardian.com/world/2025/a...
EU may accept 12-month work visas for ‘youth experience’ scheme with UK
Exclusive: Post-Brexit plan would allow British and European 18- to 30-year-olds to travel and work freely

At this juncture I’d like to point out:
* we’re on the brink of a golden age of medical healing
* there’s enough money in the world to solve every problem in the world
* a united approach could stop the climate crisis
But a small group of sociopaths seeking personal power are going to throw it away.

You can’t say criminals don’t deserve due process when due process is the thing that decides if they're criminals. Otherwise you're just kidnapping people you don't like.

Westerners need to understand one thing: Pu would never ever compromise in good faith; if he backs off a little, it must be because he's in a weakening position and he has to. Any sign of Pu giving in a bit should immediately trigger stronger pressure on him.

Soubhiye, from Lebanese Arabic, is the enjoyment of a quiet moment of peace before everyone else is awake.

Gökotta is a Swedish term for waking up early to enjoy the birdsong.

For the rest of us, there is hurkle-durkling, from Scots: lingering in bed long after it’s time to get up.

London’s diversity is not a weakness, it’s one of our greatest strengths.

But there are some who seek to sow division and spread hate in our city.

This is what we’re doing about it ⬇️

Jimmy Carter and Pope Francis's deaths caused many liberals to say that even they did not believe, Carter and Francis's faith inspired them. It almost feels like a breath of fresh air because they usually only see conservative Christian politics focused on exclusion compared to a faith of inclusion.
