One possibility is that employees were afraid or concerned about coming to work, and the hotel didn’t want to face the consequences of kicking out only the ICE agents.
Both are understandable.
So if that’s the case, it might have made more sense to just close it altogether for the time being.

My garlic bread bowl recipe:
Garlic bread bowl
1 1/4th cup warm water
1 tsp honey
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
2 TBSP evoo
400 grams bread flour
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp minced garlic
1 egg
Bloom yeast with honey and water.
Sauté garlic in evoo, strain out garlic. Allow to cool. Add to liquids.
Whisk dry stuff.

Thanks. We have folks in our community giving vulnerable students rides to school, and a teacher shared that they were putting small stuffed animals on their dashboards to help kids identify safe cars. ICE picked up on it and started doing the same. Horrifying.
