That line under the main title... when I read it, I really thought this was a satire article from The Onion
The Washington Post editorial board comes out against the ICC prosecuting Netanyahu, saying the international court should be used only for countries like Russia, Syria, Sudan and Myanmar. The Post tells its readers Israel will hold itself accountable.
