This morning, I was hit in the face by a baton.

Hey, go do this, please. I have health insurance through the ACA, and if this rule went into effect, it would mean that while I'd still be paying a ridiculous amount in premiums, the plans I'd be able to get wouldn't actually cover my health needs.

~25mil people are insured by ACA & if 1% are trans, that's 250,000 people who'd lose access to care.

These are very good points. I'm trying to avoid worrying too much.
It sucks it's so close but also it's really clear it's not going to be called tonight. This time 4 years ago we all thought T had won again. Fear is reasonable, but do not let it take over.

It's because they want to privatize weather. They tried doing it under his last administration but many people didn't really notice beyond the weird hurricane drawing he did. It's also why they cut (or at least tried to it's been a minute since I read that stuff) a bunch of NASA Earth's funding too
