the only thing that could beat the announcement of Emotion Side C by CRJ is the return of Nate Ruess and fun., and if that makes me a millennial then i’m proud to be so

Honestly, I have a whole video essay in me about how American car culture crippled the growth and development of American comics as both an industry and an art form that I will not be making because comics take fucking forever
But fuck Robert Moses

It’s so cool that cities are like “pweeease only turn your AC on if you’re actively dying and don’t go below 79 🥺🤘🏻💗” while the AI nobody asked for is slurping up the power grid to make 1 image of a girl with 5 tits

nothing more depressing to me than seeing a seasoned teacher clearly on a field trip with kids to nyc sitting on the subway asking chatGPT “how do you know when to stop teaching”

Have been thinking about the myth of Persephone as the flowers in my yard begin to open, and what a gift she brings to Hades. What a beautiful thought for all of us that through her we are allowed to share the Spring with our beloved dead. I hope our Winters warm their bones.

Every year, millions of Americans are born without the Knowing When You’re Standing Right in the Fucking Middle of the Grocery Store Aisle gene. Incurable, unfortunately

There is actually a hot new cure for this and it’s called “working in the food service industry for a minimum of five years”

Apart from being a balm for little 13 year old me’s soul, Wicked Part 1 was clearly a love letter to both the original Wizard of Oz and the stage musical. My only gripe is waiting a year for Act 2, but I understand the logic, and I’ll be just as seated for Part 2 next year!
