I fear that Tottenham are basically as bad right now as they were in January/February, but with less mitigation, less credit in the bank for the manager, and without the sense of shared purpose provided by the Europa League campaign.

I love the opening days of a major but there is a real relief to reaching the point of a tournament where you only need two screens!
