Shark jaws don't just open and close. Dogfish sharks can protrude and retrude their upper and lower jaws (green) and use their "hyoid arch" (purple) to expand their throat and generate suction.

Our US-based small business wouldn't exist if it weren't for US government funding of science.

Thanks to govt funding as graduate students & researchers, we gained skills that put us at the forefront of product innovation in our field. (1/3)

SICB 2025 in Atlanta last month was a success!

More than 70 people stopped by to check out our shark skull kit, to give input on the prototype of our next product, or just to say 'hi'!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by and can't wait to see you all again in Portland next year!
