Yes. If you have been there, you understand. This is the stage of severe depression.

There are three stages: mild, moderate and severe.

Unfortunately there are many of us who get to the severe stage. That was me. It's not shame or blame, it's simply a heavy life that is ready to shutdown.💛🌷

It can be empathy in your personal lives from people in close proximity or as a whole. This can be read on Substack. Support small mental health pages like mine. It's far and between and without your support it is invisible.

You may not know what is boxed breathing. I certainly did not know, until my therapist shared it with me. I also understand it is a conscious decision to use it when necessary, but recommended daily regardless if you have a good or bad day.
