Yes, but it’s not a “nuclear option.” It’s the most basic, obvious, conventional option available if you want to actually do something effective. The fact that they’re not immediately promising it en masse tells us something, and that something is not good.

People in America deserve to know whether the DOJ is entertaining President Trump’s request to cut himself a taxpayer-funded $230 million check.

This country still has laws, and our team

This ruling is a victory for people in America and for our clients who are elected representatives.

This decision makes clear that no president can hide the truth about how people are treated in federal immigration custody.
BREAKING: Court rules the Trump-Vance admin cannot block Members of Congress from conducting oversight at federal immigration detention facilities.

This victory in our case comes at a critical moment where reports of people being detained, and the abuses they endure, are only growing.

This lawless abuse needs to stop. That includes Congress demanding the end to masked agents. Every Republican is complicit.
Masked men wearing ICE vests—but who refused to present a warrant or identify themselves—roped off a construction site, trapping two men on a roof for hours in subzero temps. Protesters gathered. Masked men eventually left, and one man on the roof was taken away by ambulance kstp.com/kstp-news/to...

What are your thoughts on this story about the military supposedly having a "list" of the people who were murdered on the boats?

EXCLUSIVE: Pete Hegseth ordered the U.S. military on Sept. 2 to kill all 11 people on a suspected drug-smuggling boat because they were on an internal list of military targets, the commander overseeing the operation told lawmakers, according to multiple sources.
Admiral told lawmakers everyone on alleged drug boat was on a list of military targets
Adm. Frank Bradley said U.S. intelligence had identified the 11 people on the boat and determined the military was authorized to kill them as part of Trump’s campaign against alleged drug-smuggling vessels.

We have to acknowledge that there is almost certainly no accountability that will happen before 2029.

I think we’re likely to see several charges after this administration is out of power - particularly for these strikes on the boats.
