Brett Kavanaugh's behavior during today's second oral arguments has been incredibly obnoxious and rude. He is so eager to kill a service member's lawsuit against a negligent government contractor that he keeps interrupting other justices, raising his voice, and getting emotional. Weird and erratic.

When idiot Ron Schneider was born in 1963, the infant mortality rate was 29/1,000. It is now close to 5/1,000. So, no, children were NOT healthier when he was a kid. And he was, clearly, dropped on his head.

Marjorie Taylor Greene breaking with Republicans by endorsing the ACA subsidies is the surest sign yet that Democrats are going to win this fight. It’s only a matter of time before Trump and the Republicans fold.

Jimmy Kimmel isn't returning to the airwaves because of "thoughtful conversations" with Disney executives.

He's back because consumers sent Disney a clear message: selling out our fundamental rights is not an acceptable cost of doing business.

Jimmy Kimmel is being brought back for the same reason he was suspended: Corporations only care about money.

Which is why boycotts work.

Don’t worry. I’m sure once all those anti-cancel culture conservatives hear about this Kimmel thing, they will mobilize their followers and mount a massive boycott of ABC that will force the network to reconsider.

Starting November 1st, New Mexico will become the first state to offer free universal childcare to all its residents.

It's expected to save families over $12,000 per child annually.

This is a huge step forward — and a reminder that we have the power to fix the system.
