When you subtract the need to support & subsidise the elite people of England from the equation, Many question what is the point for Scotland being kept within this unholy alliance of unequals.

One thing I won't miss after flitting from 'the other place' is the BBC Scotland News barrage of unionist propaganda. Or their political correspondent Dame Baillie.

Correction. Snow to hit Scotland tomorrow whilst rain is expected in England & Wales. #Labour did not take into account the huge variation in temperatures between London & Scotland when #RachelReeves & #Labour abolished the #WinterFuelAllowance.

Rather hilariously, Labour claims Scotland is at the heart of its Westminster Government. No MPs from Scotland on the front bench. Only 5 in any of the 121 government roles.

And it gets worse. Only 1 seat reserved for Scotland in its 44 seat National Executive!

Weren't SNP members initially left out of the Scottish Affairs Committee at Westminster, and a seat then offered but only as an after thought. Regardless of overall SNP seats in Westminster, that is so thoughtless. Holyrood isn't safe under this Labour government !

The SNP candidate, Robert Kirkpatrick was only 83 votes behind Labour at the final head to head stage of the Gourock By-election. If Alba votes had transferred to the SNP rather than unionist parties, he'd have won.
I'm old enough to remember when Alba claimed they supported independence.
