We need more government funding & must transform a broken housing market dominated by a cartel of greedy developers, which is bankrupting councils, inflating land values and making desperately needed social housing harder to build.

Heartbreaking & infuriating email to receive from a resident trying to get a repair sorted for his mother-in-law. This isn't how services should operate or make people feel.
