I was asked if I could post my fantasy football starter pack to my page for a few days so people could easily find it.
I'm making this post to pin.
I have updated this regularly the last few days and will continue to do so until I max it out.

So many of the James Bond movies were stand alone stories that could have taken place in any order theoretically. Craig’s were more of story played out.
You can just make another movie that’s thrown anywhere in the pre-Craig timeline, while knowing No Time to Die is the “end” of Bond’s story.

James Bond’s death in No Time to Die is causing a nightmare for the next film. Writers are stuck because Bond “was blown to pieces.”

There’s nothing high-t men love more than giving up on a drive with a good old fashioned punt.

Teams have kicked the tires on Kafka as a potentially head coaching candidate for the last two offseasons. Twice, he's been a finalist. The Giants now have seven games to assess him for a role as the permanent head coach in 2026 before considering somebody outside the organization. I like this.

When you beat the Bengals and Browns in back-to-back weeks, you get to be a little more cocky as a head coach.

Checking in on QB negative play rate through Week 10, and it's another bad one for J.J. McCarthy.
Negative play rate is a stat I've began tracking a few years ago. It's sacks+interceptions+fumbles lost ÷ dropbacks.

The Steelers have lost three of their last four and Aaron Rodgers has been brutal over that stretch. Among QBs with ≥ 80 dropbacks since Week 7, Rodgers has a success rate and the second-lowest ADOT on completed passes (3.9) ahead of only Dillon Gabriel (3.7) and Geno Smith (2.7).

My bad. Here's the highest uncatchable pass rates by QBs when not facing pressure (min. 70 dropbacks -- to fit McCarthy's four games in the group):
1. J.J. McCarthy - 30.6%
2. Dillon Gabriel - 30.2%
3. Cam Ward - 28.0%

I watched Commander fans go through mental gymnastics from 2021-2023 to convince themselves that Taylor Heinicke (lol) or Sam Howell (LOLOL) could be the franchise guy.
They all came armed with the few clips per game of something good, but never acknowledged that the bad always outweighed the good.

The problem with stats is that they debunk everything I thought I saw and make the positive spin I'm trying to put on things look stupid.

QBs from 2021-2024 with:

Still Time for J.J. McCarthy (and Michael Penix, I suppose) to correct course, but the company they are keeping is almost all awful.
