Well another setback has happened. I'm currently in hospital waiting for an operation on something quite large.
I'm enjoying the little things whilst I'm in morphine most of the time haha. And I got to watch #CrystalPalace win the semi final of the cup yesterday! Bring on the final!

This week has been so tough mentally. I started to use a "mood tracker" that I have designed myself with the help of my partner. And this week has had very low ratings... It is really helping me to understand where my mood is at.

Getting a little frustrated that whilst I'm working I'll get sparks of creativity in moments where I cannot get my phone out and start typing. Brain please transfer these moments to more appropriate times.

I could write so much about this subject but it definitely would not fit into a post on here. I worked in a fulfillment center for a supermarket here in Germany, and it was awful, and anyone who worked for Amazon before said it was worse than what we were currently experiencing.

The disability benefits bill is always 'soaring'. I can't think of time when it wasn't described as such. Our current era of 'soaringness' has lots of causes but the main one is the arbitary decision to fix a notion there is a 'right amount' of benefits spending

So today I am taking another day to relax. I'm still working, but I'm using music to help set the tone, which is helping me to keep my mind clear.
