i do not care for the movie but he is not nearly as exaggerated as you would expect for conservatory instructors
I feel like if I were the kid in the movie Whiplash, it’d take about 3 minutes in there with JK Simmons until I started secretly recording him with my phone, and it would be about 12 hours after that that I sued the university for $8 million and lived happily the rest of my life.
