President Trump’s tariffs are taxes on American businesses and consumers.

"...tariff pass-through to U.S. import prices is almost 100 percent, so the United States is bearing a large share of the costs."

So I'm for Team Remote all the way, but this article is backed with some decent research. How do we as individuals convert a mentality that is successful to we as a team?

Why Leaders Need To Rethink The Work-From-Home Debate
Companies may be right to bring people back to the office, but how they do it is everything. Done well, it boosts collaboration, supports employees, & strengthens bonds.

Pretty sure these prices haven't been affected by tariffs yet, it's just price gouging by the vendors. Not going to pay twice MSRP for a card. Not even their top of the line either.

Still don't understand why we would rebuild cities that are in floodplains?
FEMA's 50 Percent Rule is designed to stop the cycle of flood damage by requiring houses to be elevated in certain circumstances.

But elevation is expensive. And whether that rule hurts or helps your town often comes down to money.

Maybe we just need to let it happen so all the MAGAdiots lose their 401ks and realize they caused this. Nevermind, they won't believe it was anything he did. *Sigh*

A @nytimes.com op-ed by Ben Harris & me.

When financial markets start to worry that the bus could go careening off the side of the cliff - we will get the fiscal crisis that people have worried about for decades.

Brought on by political malpractice.

This is why EVs aren't more popular. Arrived at Mohegan, there are 3 garages with 20 Tesla Destination chargers each. I tried half of the ones in one of the garages and not one of them worked.
