I will never understand how the NBA salary cap works. I assume it's better than MLB where you can spend whatever you want as long as you pay the luxury tax but it confuses the shit out of me every year. Also the fact that you basically just say "I'm not playing until I'm traded" and that's accepted.

ICE claims, of course, the woman tried to run over the officer.
If she'd wanted to do that, she could have done so by driving straight ahead right away. Instead, she backs up and turns her wheel to drive past the cop who shot her.
