I agree with all ten things @marcelias.bsky.social recommends we can do, but what I tell my team and friends, the most important thing to do right now — take care of yourself. Get strong and healthy like you’re preparing for a marathon. Pace yourself. We need strong fighters for the long game. 🙏🏽
