Random: I hate that people are now using the phrase "depression can't hit a moving target" as it functional depression isn't a thing. You literally can do every activity and still be super depressed.

The BOSS VBZ Friendsgiving was a success. Grateful to all who supported, amplified, donated, and came through to share time & space together. We broke bread with 50 people in this collab with us at BOSS Idea House, the Good VBZ team, and the owners of Night Heron lounge in Oakland. 💚

I just choked on my mimosa. 😂😭
Stopped into Ulta with my 9yo for a lil retail therapy and discovered e.l.f is infringing on my brand.

Like, look around. You telling me after all this you still think following in THEIR model of achievement and “making it” will also somehow lead to the undoing of problems of racism, misogyny, homophobia, income/wealth inequality, and climate ruin? We’re not going back, beloved; it was a fantasy.
The Black & Brown millennial obsession with conventional signals
of worth, success, and wealth — ultra lounge vibes, seats at the table, wine & champagne and pricey (not good) bottles of liquor, cars, corporate names, shot calling and “chess not checkers”, lux & material things — always makes me 😂😂😂

On 12/6, we’re starting a new monthly in the Castro (first saturdays) — no cover, no drama, all family. It’s hip-hop and r&b, gogos, and a friendly game (this one will feature “90s Mariah or 2000s Mariah” because I like chaos).

And on Xmas Day, it’s a queer posada in the Castro with food, good people, and more. Because the holidays can he hard on our communities, and our mental health and wellbeing matter.

Yes to everything but probably 4 and that’s largely been due to being unaware said maintenance was needed. I deep clean whenever the adhd mood so strikes, which means I usually get at least a spring and fall deep clean.
Question for Millennials only (1980-1995):

Do you…

1) Save all manuals that come with your stuff

2) Save the (extra) parts and hardware when you have to assemble stuff

3) Have a tool box / place for basic tools

4) Perform recommended maintenance on appliances

5) Do “Spring cleaning”

Quote it.

Yes to all this. I usually tape the manual and extra stuff to the thing. Like I just put a bench together and under it I taped under seat part. 😅

This is why gays plan for solid headboards and strong chair backs. Or like, the sex wedge.

I mean, I read that somewhere.
Plus you can't pound town like you want to in doggy. You end up chasing her across the bed. It's just better positions out there.

I don't specifically spring clean, but yes otherwise. I do a big clean when the neurodivergence so moves me.
