(Quoting myself, but I think I might have a good idea to help defend Kherson and some other places the orcs hunt people with drones. We might need to find them a whole lot of balloons and like helium or something. :) )
I've suddenly had an idea... what if some of all that used fiber optic wire could be used to put up all kinds of mini-barrage balloons to help protect people? If they go high enough, I bet drone operators won't be able to see where the wires are. :)
