I was just informed that our RCT in Bangladesh has been terminated mid-way. The project we were evaluating was helping to build resilience by forming farmer groups in 225 villages and transferring critical knowledge on smart agriculture practices in areas highly affected by climate change.

I had the privilege to introduce the movie Ainda estou aqui (I’m still here) in a première in Oslo with Barbara Hoff Schmidt. A movie that could not be more relevant to discuss the current role of the military in Brazilian society. Also, an amazing performance from Fernanda Torres. Go watch it!

October last year, I conducted with colleagues from NordSTAR_ai @oslomet.bsky.social a nation-wide survey in Norway about trust in AI (n=1,330). We are still analyzing the data, but one interesting take out: Norwegians know little about AI, but in general are positive to its effects in society.
