Ja, det er en mulighet (arealtap) i Norge f.eks. om det betyr mer vannkraft. Eller mer utslipp om et land bestemmer å bruke mer gass, kull eller noe annet som produserer klimagasser.

Problemet er om å øke behovet for å produsere mer ting lokalt. Noe som kan lede til høyere strøm behov for produsere ting som ellers kunne importeres. Om mer strømforbruk betyr bruk av uren energi, er på måte en null effekt på utslipp av klimagasser…

Problemet er om å øke behovet for å produsere mer ting lokalt. Noe som kan lede til høyere strøm behov for produsere ting som ellers kunne importeres. Om mer strømforbruk betyr bruk av uren energi, er på måte en null effekt på utslipp av klimagasser…
