It was an honor to sign the guest book in the home of Anne Frank.
I was here as a younger man and thought about her life as a dark chapter of history.
Today, I can’t help but think of her story as one of caution. Our world is fragile, and it’s incumbent on us not to break it.

Someone stealing my TikTok and posting it on Instagram then Emily Henry reposting *their* post on her story was not on my 2025 bingo card. Like at all, actually.

who was I to decide to have my first book *ever* operate within two concurrent timelines a thousand years apart? then have them overlap in the last half of said book so they have to be interconnected bc a character violated time travel law? this is how I feel writing it:
