We the people claim collective ownership of earth by right of birth.
We require rent from all who would have exclusive use of any of it.

No, the world is not going crazy, it's just the humans.

Question for Trump and his gang:
- You are opposed to Antifa
- Antifa is opposed to Fascism
- Does that mean you support Fascism?

If you believe we might be living in a simulation, do you agree that some entity constructed the simulation?

Might they also be living in a simulation?

Is it simulations all the way down?

Can someone please explain to Trump that if the foreign country has to pay his "tariff", then its not a tariff, its a tribute.

Tariffs are paid by the importer.

Many health care plans have limited cover for mental and dental. Even socialised health care in "socialist" NZ.

Teeth and brains - not part of this complete body 🤦
Maybe the health care plans offered to billionaires simply don't offer mental health care?

Biden will follow the law religiously, regardless of immunity or consequences. That's just who he is.

That's why the bad guys usually win. They don't play by the rules.
real Q: what prevents Biden from releasing both reports? He has full immunity and this clearly falls under "official acts"

I thought I was going to Denny's and found myself in the Capitol building, your Honor.
Q: "Sen. Capito [says] Gabbard told her" this week that in 2017 "she didn't even know she was going to Syria, that she intended to go to Lebanon ... and ended up in Syria."

Sen. Kelly: "I talked to Congresswoman Gabbard this week ... We talked about the trip to Syria. She didn't tell me that part."

Wait! The feds planted informants in the J6 crowd and then charged them, so now they need a pardon? Is that what he's saying?

Sending good vibes “works” the way prayer “works’. It makes you feel better, because you feel like you’re doing something. When in fact you’re only thinking about doing something.

Far better to actually do something.
One of my oldest and best friends in the world is in real danger of losing their house in the LA fires. They’re evacuating with whatever important stuff they can take. If you have any extra good vibes to spare please send it to them, however that might work metaphysically. I feel awful for them.

Someone needs to explain to Trump that the USA doesn't need to become part of Canada for all Americans to get free health care.

The "interests of investors and working people" are not just "different", they're diametrically opposed.

Investors compete with workers.

The irony is that many workers are (or should be) also investors, indirectly, through pension & insurance funds.
The stock market has tumbled today. Why? Because the jobs report was strong, with over 250,000 jobs added. (So investors are worried that interest rates will remain high.)

It illustrates that the interests of investors and working people are often very different.

Ok, I'll bite, because anything @volts.wtf says is worth thinking seriously about.

All our senses derive from sequences of nerve impulses, which are triggered by whatever it is that we indirectly 'experience'.
Hot take: there is no such thing as "direct experience."

Trump: The tax cuts will be paid for with tariffs.

Also Trump: Annexing Canada would mean no tariffs for them.

(Canada is the second biggest exporter to the US, after China)

At least one reason Trump wants to control Greenland is because leaving Nato would otherwise risk losing the US military base in Greenland.

All the "fun facts about the year 2025" would only be true next year, if the years had been numbered from zero, as they should be.

As it is, the first "century" only had 99 years 😱.

This particular claim that @klasfeldreports.bsky.social highlights, is the one that the court might grab on to. They might decide that preparing to be president is as important as being president.

And they'd be right. That's not the problem. The problem is that it's not their job to make new law.
Manhattan DA Bragg tells SCOTUS not to stop Trump's sentencing on Friday.

The crux: Trump "makes the unprecedented claim that the temporary presidential immunity he will possess in the future fully immunizes him now, weeks before he even takes the oath of office."

Interesting, but the headline is hyperbolic clickbait. The researchers found that the ants *sometimes* beat the humans, and that overall the humans were *not better than* ants *when they could not communicate normally*
A new study finds ants best humans at tests of collective intelligence.

Before criticizing media for going soft on Trump, consider how extortion works. It's not brave to stand up to Trump, it's foolish. He can and will destroy anyone who gets in his way.

That means there can be NO reliable "mainstream" media anymore.

And that means THIS is the only safe news outlet.

The debate about why so many are 'bowing the knee' seems to be in denial about how a proper shakedown works.

These people are not cowards, nor do they think Trump is not so bad after all.

They comply because the consequence of not complying will have been made very clear to them.

Trump has a death-wish.

He's like a school shooter committing suicide-by-cop. Or even better - suicide by assassination.

He'd like to rule the world. But if he can't, he'd rather "die in glory" than go to prison.
If we survive this election I may have to write a long long piece on how journalists have used the word "defiance."

In THIS case, it is fucking stupid for Trump to return to Butler.

But he has to go bc nothing else is bringing the old juice.

Melania Trump pretends to take a strong position in favor of abortion rights.

Except that we know Melania really doesn't care. She's made that clear.

Good ad by Haley Voters for Harris.

Sadly it perpetuates the myth that the national debt is bad. It's not. It's an investment in the future of the country.

What would be bad is if the money were wasted on stuff that won't return a dividend.

More crucial context from another non-msm writer, @thomhartmann.bsky.social, complete with receipts.

Thom points out that coup attempts by the reds are not new. Neither is it new for msm to bury or whitewash them.

What's new is that this time the coup attempt is being exposed and prosecuted.
