I’ve never met Ian but I know people who have, and I trust that he is doing this all on the up-and-up!
We now have a $5000 match offer from an anonymous donor! In coordination with standwithminnesota.com and with your help, we’re going to pay rent for as many Minneapolis immigrant families in need as possible. I will post receipts!

V: @Ian-Coldwater
CA: $iancoldwater
PP: @coldwater

Thank you! 🌷

Okay, sure, but also, Musk has direct control over who has access to use StarLink? And he has been authorized to greatly expand the fleet? This feels dystopic, for some reason.

Remember when folks were all up in arms because they couldn't post *ism on social media, and claimed it was a free speech issue.

Free speech violations are when the GOVERNMENT punishes you for your speech.

This below - THIS is a free speech violation.
Micro nazi from the land of formerly free speech, Bovino says if you call federal agents “kidnappers” or “Gestapo,” there will be “consequences.”

A reminder to the news media: “conflicting accounts” is what you say BEFORE the incontrovertible video evidence appears. After that, your job is to ask why one side is lying, not to repeat the lie and pretend no one knows the truth.

Just glance at Minnesota to see where this leads.
Suella Braverman, "There is a very strong case to increase the powers of any immigration enforcement officers that we deploy"

"At the moment they're hamstrung by human rights laws, by health and safety laws, by all sorts of needless and obstructive bureaucracy"

here's something I haven't seen many talk about:

Deaf people in MN are terrified of leaving the house. ICE gives verbal commands & expects verbal compliance. They can't even read their lips because of the stupid masks. They're afraid they'll be shot for not following an order they can't hear.

The LRAD truck I discovered (same plate) last July outside Minnesota State Capitol is being used for 1st time (AFAIK) in MN tonight against protesters.

Terrifying sonic weapon.

Fed court (2nd Cir) ruled using LRAD on non violent protesters can be considered 14A violation, excessive force

Wow look, the same truck I saw them ready to deploy at 26th and Nicollet. Bring ear protection and remember to move to the side, then away from the beam if they deploy it on you.

Guys I think they're instantly getting DVS data.

Pulled up next to this guy on central going south in Columbia heights, followed him, they turned around, got on 694, crossed the river, and went straight to my house in Brooklyn center.

Is forty too late to change careers from software engineering into a harder science that would let me become an employee of NASA? What would I need to do to effect this change?

This question brought to you by a rewatch of For All Mankind.
