Probably a hot take, but I like when parents in media get to be “selfish” and seek identity outside of their children. His entire self was defined by Octavia. He gave up everything for that girl. He deserves to define himself outside of her even if that makes him a “bad parent”.

There’s a lot Blitzo has the right to be angry for in regards to his and Stolas’s relationship, but Stolas fully puts his cards on the table in “full moon” and does everything he can to take accountability for the transactional relationship he puts Blitzø in by rectifying the issue.
My hot take is that they both had the right to be mad at each other in this scene 😌

There’s a lot Blitzo has the right to be angry for in regards to his and Stolas’s relationship, but Stolas fully puts his cards on the table in “full moon” and does everything he can to take accountability for the transactional relationship he puts Blitzø in by rectifying the issue.

The thing is, Stella is written as sympathetic- to an extent. She is clearly being used by her brother, who constantly reduces her to her looks, which is probably why was she married off anyway.
I hate her and wish her nothing but ill will but she is not wholly without sympathetic qualities.

Why does every single stolitz fic I read refuse to let Stolas feel anger towards Blitzø? Or if he does, he ALWAYS apologizes for it and eventually takes all the blame for how things went down. Stolas still clearly has messy feelings about how things went down and that’s fine!

Its strange when people characterize Blitzø as someone who has never known love. Many have & still do love him. Tilla, Fizz, Barbie, Ver, Loona, Mox and Mille. Those relationships may have ended or be imperfect but the love was there.

I love how Helluva Boss shows trauma through age regression: for Blitz it's the day of the fire, for Via it's the nightmare she had of her father abandoning her alone in a huge castle. Ahahaha... These two are so painfully alike, the fear of abandonment drips through their very being.

Gosh, it’s honestly not normal how much I love salty Stolas in Apology Tour, and the way he starts calling Blitzø an idiot and seeing him from a more realistic angle instead of this idealized version. I want to see him angry and throwing little tantrums, he’s got this really cute sassy streak!!!! 😍

My one frustration with Charlie’s plan is that she’s focused on sending sinners away instead of making hell a better place to live for them. Hell is their home. It’s where the people they care about are. Why not focus on making a better home instead of sending them somewhere completely alien.

Hell is not a “bad vacation” for sinners!!! They live there!! Forever!!! They work there!! They’re having to pay rent there!!! They’re exploited/owned by overlords!!! And they don’t die! Hell is just as much their home as it is the home of hell borns!!
