This appears to be what crashed the price of bitcoin 17%, as people quickly began to sell their newly gifted coins to reap the major windfall. The company is now trying to claw back that money by asking nicely and offering reimbursements to people who sold as they watched the price crater.

And it wasn’t that long ago that Obama got beat up anytime jobs numbers were under 200k/month. This morning I saw more coverage about the “good” January numbers than the awful 2025 downward revisions.
For people impressed by the 130k jobs added in January, I'd offer and alternative economic analysis that I think you'll find compelling. www.thebulwark.com/p/shock-poll...

I don’t think AI is going to replace most white collar jobs in 10 years but it’s definitely going to change 1) where those jobs are performed, 2) by whom, and 3) how much they pay
I'm not even saying that's the most *likely* possibility, but it's just very clear that the likelihood of that outcome as increased and even if there's, like, a 1 in 10 change that "AI replaces most to all white collar jobs in 10 years" that's an *enormous* risk to the social order!

Have no doubt. In ‘28, republicans will still claim the mantle of fiscal discipline and both our media and many voters will continue to go along with that.

Classic case of being out on the boat with your family and you just happen to run into a pedo sex pest and then, coincidently, it’s lunch time and there’s an island just right there.
VAN HOLLEN: Did you in fact make the visit to Epstein's private island?

LUTNICK: I did have lunch w/ him as I was on a boat going across on a family vacation. My wife was with me as were my 4 children and nannies. We had lunch on the island. That's true. For an hour. We left with all of my children
