Vi har en regering som gång på gång skiter i remissinstanser, lagråd etc. Så håll bara er jävla käft och torka era jävla krokodiltårar. Det är er lag. Fuck you.

Stock images look like AI in part because AI is trained on stock images, and in part because a stock image is trying to be as generic as possible. And AI is a statistics machine, and will also produce incredibly generic images

Once again I find myself with the lovely problem of picking which book to read next.

It's going to be fantasy, because I have a bunch of fantasy books that I want to read. But they're all pretty hefty.

Nononono wait. Tales from Earthsea!

It's in that mega edition though so hefty.

Not once have I seen this man carry anything.

Constantly spot on though.

Maybe the carrying thing isn't that important.

like the problem isn't SKYNET, the problem is letting amoral extraction class assholes apply half-cooked automation onto deeply broken sectors in exploitative ways in a country that's too corrupt to have functioning regulators
UnitedHealth uses AI model with 90% error rate to deny care, lawsuit alleges
For the largest health insurer in the US, AI's error rate is like a feature, not a bug.

Is Musk really this stupid?
This would have been a good point for someone to have asked, is that really how things work? Or is vacuum in fact an excellent insulator? www.ft.com/content/a5cf...

It is wrong to discuss growth in terms of GDP per capita. In Europe we have choiced to work less than in US. We value other things than money and it is legitim.
We have to start evaluating productivity, output per input, at plant level to understand the productivity question.

Like everything else the culture war is there to distract us from the class war where we outnumber them 99-1 and yet they’re still winning because we can’t achieve class consciousness

Love when people use the “Japan has very strict immigration policies, are they racist?” Argument like they cooked and ate. Because the answer is “yes, very racist. Mostly against the Chinese. Which will melt your racist little brain for obvious reasons“

This is, to an astounding precision, there opposite of what I would like to see.

At least I can opt out.
