Made some pasta today & sauce for it using some canned fire roasted tomatoes, pumpkin puree & lentils. Very nutrient-dense, low in the acid department despite being tomato based (kinda) thanks to everything else, filling, YUMMY aaaaand inexpensive. 1/

Believe it or not, I have actually not been able to create for the last year because between the shitshow the world has been & the high stress environment that work is, I have not had the energy or brainspace to create.
