1) Doesn’t say he was wielding it, just that he had it.
2) Doesn’t match the video anyway.
3) DHS has lied in exactly this way after shooting someone before.

Once again, the government is trying to get you to believe your own eyes are lying to you. This was another murder by ICE, an agency that proves day after day it has no business policing on America’s streets.
DHS (once again) announces conclusion (within 3 hours) without any investigation.

- Conclusion about federal agent's intent
- Conclusion about individual's intent
- Implicit conclusion about timing of disarming the individual and shooting him

Minnesota shifting narrative from "rabble rousing protesters" vs "law enforcement" to "people of conscience" vs "evil regime." This is essential to defeating authoritarianism - exposing who, what & why they are by demonstrating who, what & why we are.
And MAGA knows it.

I mean what would Trump reasonably do if Minnesota pressed charges. Deny funding to the state? He's already doing that!
Remember: Federal officials do not enjoy categorical, absolute immunity from state-level prosecutions. They are entitled to removal to federal court. But conduct that is unreasonable or unnecessary for the execution of their law enforcement duties is susceptible to criminal prosecution.

Trump's like a guy leaving his emergency marriage counseling session to take a 40 minute call from his side-skank.
BREAKING NYT:

Trump paused his meeting with European leaders and Zelenskyy this afternoon to call Vladimir Putin.

The Kremlin has since confirmed the call. It lasted for 40 minutes.

Wham! Inserted into Star Trek: SNW cracks me up.

But a weird element of TNG was that very little of late 20th century culture was ever acknowledged.

Again, Tammy Duckworth got Pete Hegseth to confess he had NEVER been involved in international negotiations.

Wicker needs to be reminded that he didn't find that DQing.
Senate Armed Services Chair Roger Wicker tells Politico he was "puzzled and disturbed" by Pete Hegseth's comments on Ukraine.

"He made a rookie mistake in Brussels and he's walked back some of what he said, but not that line."
