In the face of a military coup, it makes me proud of the peaceful and steadfast unity of the Korean people. A country that knows the pain and value of Democracy, Liberty and Freedom. Apathy is the surest path to authoritarianism or, at best, illiberal democracies...

The fact that South Korea, a strong, liberal, wealth democracy can have its political order possibly toppled overnight should be warning to everyone to never take your rights for granted.

Truly breaks my heart that the World has slowly just been giving up on supporting #Ukraine... What message does this send if foreign powers who are strong enough can just conquer other states and just wait it out until people get tired and bored...

The fact that I don't even have faith this Supreme Court will totally reject this 9-0 really says a lot about how these institutions have fecked their credibility with insane decisions
overturning birthright citizenship would be so absurdly brazenly ridiculous that any Supreme Court justice who would even consider it should be removed from office and disbarred on the basis of being mentally unfit to serve
