23 years ago i lost my son to suicide. There were no dedicated Aboriginal Mental Health Services dealing with youth suicide then.

Beginning the year as I hope to continue - clean kitchen and bathroom, clean towels, on top of the washing, well rested and reading a good book. 🤞🏼 Also fresh and relaxed after an alcohol free NYE. Selfish, maybe. Everyone I love, knows they are loved. 2025, I'm ready to rumble! 🙋💪🏼
