Helping Democrats talk like normal pissed off people since 2025
Pinned
Opponents of Trump, conservative ideology, Republicans, and fascists in general need a very different comms plan:
1. Point to the bad shit that is happening and tie it directly to the actions of the regime in power
2. Simplify it to a few well-understood words that resonate like Corruption
(1/2)
People are rightly worried about Elon getting into the treasury and stopping payments he personally dislikes. But if you have that access to the checkbook, you can also write new ones. Where might that money be going? The potential for corruption is unlimited

Yes, this administration is dangerous and cruel, but they are also shockingly dim and incompetent.

Opportunities are everywhere.

Make everything as hard as possible. Resist every demand. Refuse entry without a warrant. Don’t take the buyout. Their problem solving skills are 📉

You start to realize that there's an evil bargain at work here: MAGA accepts people who should have no role in any decent society, specifically because those people will happily pledge total loyalty to any movement or faction that gives them permission to be utterly indecent.

I think Dem Rep. Sean Casten gets it.

You literally couldn’t design a worse Democratic response to Trump in a lab. This abandons democracy, gaslights the Dem base, encourages other media to underreact to Trump, cedes attention, all while ensuring Dems continue to focus on the issues they KEEP LOSING ON.

When i say the Democratic leadership has no clue what to do in this moment, this. is what I mean.
Mr. President: Instead of stealing Greenland from Denmark, I have a better idea.

In Denmark, everyone is guaranteed health care, college education is free, parents receive 1-year of paid paternity leave & workers don’t make less than $22 an hour.

Let's steal those ideas.
